A client is looking for a development manager who will be responsible for directing and managing the design, build and go-live phases of the SDLC. To take responsibility for the implementation of systems/technical solutions across multiple diverse products lines and technology platforms, providing direction, leadership, guidance and management to all developers whilst meeting scope, time, quality and budget project goals.

Minimum Requirements (education, skills and specialist knowledge)
•Demonstrated track record for solution delivery implementing enterprise grade bespoke transaction processing systems from inception.
•Min 10 years’ experience in full stack development in either Oracle development technologies
•Experience in multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc)
•Previous leadership role within the applications development area of a financial services organisation.
•Min 7 years’ experience in people management and technical leadership
•Experience with COTS solutions, systems integration, BI, BPM, Analytics and web technologies and application security.
