•Will ensure availability of a signed-off authority to recruit
•Will base process on clearly defined selection criteria as depicted in a job profile and transformation requirements
•Most appropriate sourcing methods will be applied to ensure the right quality and quantity of applicants
•Will ensure appropriateness of CV in relation to needs through screening
•Will provide progress feedback to all stakeholders at appropriate intervals
•Will adhere to turnaround times negotiated during the onset of the requirement
•Recruitment tracking sheet will be updated at appropriate intervals
•Continuous prompting for feedback on CV’s from client
•Cost to fill – placement fee 15% or less of CTC
•Time to fill up to offer – average = 30 days
•Quality of candidates proposed – feedback from line managers on quality of candidates presented / actual performance of candidates
•Process compliance - ad hoc audits; feedback from managers
At least 5 years experience in IT Recruitment
